How ordering works
1. Design your shirts & confirm mockup
Choose your fabric, options, and enter sizes for your group — or tell us the total quantity and send the size list later. We'll create a custom mockup for you to review before production.
2. Place your order
You can pay in full at checkout, or select "Pay Later — Invoice" to receive an invoice by email.
3. Deposit & production
After you place your order, we'll create a mockup of your shirt for review. Once you approve the mockup, we'll send an invoice for the deposit:
- Orders under £800 — 50% deposit
- Orders £800 and above — 30% deposit
Production starts once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed.
4. Final payment & shipping
When your order is ready to ship, we'll notify you and collect the remaining balance. Your order ships as soon as the final payment is received.

We were approached by a client from a local FM radio station — WJLX 101.5 FM, proudly known as 'The Sound of Waller County' — who wanted a vibrant Hawaiian shirt that truly reflected their on-air identity. They asked us to weave their station logo throughout the design, paired with motifs that captured the golden era of broadcasting: retro boomboxes, vintage cassette tapes, and classic radio units, all rendered in warm terracotta and teal tones. To ground the piece in a tropical spirit, we layered these nostalgic elements across a lush backdrop of sweeping palm fronds, exotic hibiscus blooms, and white lilies set against a vivid lime-green base. The result is an all-over print Aloha shirt where the WJLX 101.5 FM branding repeats boldly across every panel, blending old-school radio culture with the breezy energy of a Hawaiian summer — a shirt that turns every wearer into a walking broadcast.
