Can you print faces on shirts?
Absolutely! We can add one or multiple faces anywhere on your shirt – whether it's scattered across the entire design, concentrated on the pocket area, or strategically placed for maximum impact.
What materials are available?
Our standard fabric is premium 4-way stretch polyester, engineered for the Australian climate. This lightweight, breathable material offers excellent moisture-wicking properties, keeping you cool and comfortable all day long.
For those preferring natural fibres, we also offer 100% cotton for a classic feel and rayon for a silky-smooth, luxury finish.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock a comprehensive unisex size range from S to 6XL, specifically tailored to fit Australian body standards for both men and women.
We always recommend customers carefully check our size guide and consider ordering a few extra shirts in mixed sizes as backup, especially for group orders where individual measurements may vary.
What's the turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 6-8 business days from artwork approval to dispatch. This includes digital mockup creation, fabric printing, cutting, sewing, and quality control.
During peak seasons (November-January, and major holidays), production may extend by 2-3 days due to high demand. We'll always communicate realistic timelines upfront and offer express production options if you're working to a tight deadline. Rush orders can often be accommodated for an additional fee.
What's the minimum order quantity?
You can start with just 5 shirts – perfect for small family gatherings, sports teams, or testing designs before larger orders. We believe in making custom Hawaiian shirts accessible to everyone, not just big corporations.
As your order quantity increases, you'll unlock better per-shirt pricing with significant savings on orders of 20, 50, 100+ shirts.
