How ordering works
1. Design your shirts & confirm mockup
Choose your fabric, options, and enter sizes for your group — or tell us the total quantity and send the size list later. We'll create a custom mockup for you to review before production.
2. Place your order
You can pay in full at checkout, or select "Pay Later — Invoice" to receive an invoice by email.
3. Deposit & production
After you place your order, we'll create a mockup of your shirt for review. Once you approve the mockup, we'll send an invoice for the deposit:
- Orders under £800 — 50% deposit
- Orders £800 and above — 30% deposit
Production starts once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed.
4. Final payment & shipping
When your order is ready to ship, we'll notify you and collect the remaining balance. Your order ships as soon as the final payment is received.

We were approached to create a custom Hawaiian shirt for a firefighter crew in Lakeland who wanted something bold, fun, and unmistakably theirs for their summer gathering. The brief called for their iconic Yeti mascot — a fierce, white-furred creature sporting red glowing eyes and a firefighter's helmet emblazoned with the number 2 — to take centre stage across the entire shirt. We set this striking character against a classic blue hibiscus tropical print, blending the island-holiday spirit with genuine firefighting pride. The result is a vivid, all-over pattern where the Yeti mascot repeats boldly across a rich cobalt background scattered with white hibiscus blooms and palm leaves. It's the kind of piece that turns heads at a barbecue while honouring the crew's identity with real heart.
