How ordering works
1. Design your shirts & confirm mockup
Choose your fabric, options, and enter sizes for your group — or tell us the total quantity and send the size list later. We'll create a custom mockup for you to review before production.
2. Place your order
You can pay in full at checkout, or select "Pay Later — Invoice" to receive an invoice by email.
3. Deposit & production
After you place your order, we'll create a mockup of your shirt for review. Once you approve the mockup, we'll send an invoice for the deposit:
- Orders under £800 — 50% deposit
- Orders £800 and above — 30% deposit
Production starts once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed.
4. Final payment & shipping
When your order is ready to ship, we'll notify you and collect the remaining balance. Your order ships as soon as the final payment is received.

We were approached to create a statement shirt that honoured a passion for aviation whilst capturing the laid-back spirit of tropical island living — a brief that immediately sparked our imagination at CHS UK. The client wanted the iconic Thunderbird jet at the heart of the design, rendered in crisp white with bold red detailing and dramatic vapour trails cutting across a deep navy ground. To soften the energy of those sleek aircraft, we wove in clusters of hibiscus blooms in vivid red and white, alongside sun-bleached palm trees and lush botanical foliage, all sitting beautifully against the rich ocean-blue fabric. The result is a shirt that feels equally at home at an airshow or a summer barbecue — where sky-high ambition meets island ease in every stitch.
